Imago: AI Image Generator (“the App”) provides AI image generation, enhancement, and editing tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected and used.

By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Images & Prompts

We collect:

Images you upload to generate or edit

Text prompts used for AI generation

Images are processed temporarily on secure third-party servers (Replicate).

They are:

Not stored permanently

Not used to train models

Not shared with anyone

Automatically deleted after processing

We do not access photos on your device unless you manually select one.

2.2 Device & Usage Data

To improve stability and app performance, we may collect:

Device model

OS version

Crash logs

Anonymous usage analytics

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, or any personal identity data.

2.3 Advertising Data (Non-Personalized Ads)

The App uses non-personalized ads (NPA) through Google AdMob.

This means:

Ads are based on context, not user behavior

No tracking

No profiling

No Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) usage

No cross-app tracking

AdMob may receive basic device information (e.g., language, device type) but cannot identify you personally.

We do not track users across apps or websites.

2.4 In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

When you buy subscriptions or credits:

Payments are processed by Apple

We receive only anonymous purchase confirmation through RevenueCat

We do not receive your name, email, or payment details

RevenueCat does not receive your Apple ID

RevenueCat only stores subscription status and purchase history.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Generate and process AI images

Save edited images (locally on your device)

Deliver non-personalized ads

Enable in-app purchases

Improve performance and prevent abuse

We never sell your data.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Replicate API: temporary AI processing

RevenueCat: purchase management

Firebase Analytics: anonymous usage events

AdMob: non-personalized ads

5. Photo Library Access

We request access only when you:

Select a photo

Save an image

We never scan or access your library automatically—only the image you choose.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect child data.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Decline photo access

Disable ad tracking

Request deletion of locally stored data

Delete the app at any time

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy.

Updates will appear in the App.
