1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides:

AI image generation

Background removal

Upscaling

Art creation tools

Editing features

Credit-based usage system

Rewarded ads for certain features (not gauranted)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

Upload harmful, explicit, or illegal images

Upload copyrighted images without permission

Attempt to misuse the AI to generate harmful content

Interfere with the App or servers

Reverse engineer the product

You must comply with all local laws regarding image content.

4. Ownership

You own the content and images you upload

You own the images generated for you

The App’s code, design, brand assets, and logic remain the property of Umar Bin Masood

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

5.1 Subscriptions

The App offers:

Weekly subscription (with trial)

Monthly subscription (with trial)

Yearly subscription (with trial)

Subscriptions provide:

Full AI tool access

Credits added per cycle

Removal of ads (if applicable)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You may manage subscriptions in App Store Settings.

5.2 Free Trials

Some plans offer a free trial

If you cancel during the trial, you will not be billed

If you continue after the trial period, you will be billed automatically

5.3 Credit Packs

You can also buy one-time credit packs:

50 credits

150 credits

400 credits

1000 credits

Credits are consumed by using features like AI Generation, Background Removal, Upscaling, etc.

5.4 Rewarded Ads

Free users may watch rewarded ads to:

Generate images

Remove background

Use certain tools without consuming credits

5.5 Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted through App Store > Report a Problem.

6. Non-Personalized Ads (NPA)

The App may display non-personalized ads.

These ads:

Do NOT track you

Do NOT use your behavior

Are generated based on context only

Fully comply with GDPR

If you purchase a subscription, ads may be removed depending on your plan.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI results may:

Contain errors

Not match your prompt

Be incomplete or distorted

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy

Specific creative results

Continuous service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

AI-generated content

Loss of data

Purchases made by accident

Third-party service outages

Issues caused by ads or networks

Use the App at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Violate these terms

Misuse the App

Upload harmful or illegal content

10. Changes

Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
